Historic Quaker Gardens Tour Comes to Awbury

October 25th, Nicole Juday, freelance garden writer and Landscape
Curator emeritus at Wyck Historic House and Gardens led a tour of selected
Quaker gardens and estates in northwest Philadelphia. The tour included visits to Morris Arboretum,
Wyck and Awbury. With her horticultural
background, passion for history, and deep knowledge of the Northwest, Nicole
led a fascinating and engaging tour, weaving together the three sites through Quaker
connections and an exploration of natural and cultural history.
